A Walk Through Stephen’s Green on a Frosty Winter Morning
During the last week in December we had a beautiful crisp frosty morning here in Dublin. I was out taking a walk through the city, and the light was beautiful and the landscape equally so in its carpet of frost. I took out my iPhone and decided to do a little bit of filming as I walked around Dublin’s St. Stephen’s Green park.
If you’re not familiar with it, Stephen’s Green is a medium sized park in the centre of the city on the south side, near the main shopping district of Grafton Street. It’s a beautiful park, and one of my favourite places in the city. In winter most of the trees are bare, but it still makes for a very pretty scene, and it’s a lovely place to spend some time when in the area.
For those interested in the technical details, this was filmed on an iPhone 5 (as that’s what I had with me at the time) using the app, Filmic Pro. It was edited in Premiere Pro, and Graded using Film Convert
